If you’ve never tried Reformer Pilates before, there’s no need to worry. Our small-group classes are suitable for all experience levels, from complete beginners to those looking to develop their practice.

During your first class, your instructor will introduce you to the Reformer, explain how it works and guide you through each movement at a pace that suits your ability. Every exercise can be adapted to provide the right level of support or challenge, helping you build confidence while enjoying a safe and rewarding workout.
