At Hydro Health Club, we offer a wide variety of weekly exercise classes designed to suit all fitness levels and goals. Our diverse timetable includes spin, yoga, aqua aerobics, and much more.

Booking is essential, and non-members are welcome.

Classes are free for members when attended within their membership entry times. An additional charge applies for classes taken outside of these times.

Non-members are required to pay the full class price.

Spaces are limited. Members can book up to 5 days in advance, with non-member bookings opening 3 days prior to the class.
